Rehabilitation Services for AA/NA

To initiate the process of drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation, we strongly advise reaching out to Fairhaven at 07 5676 1150 and requesting to speak with Trish, who serves as the Pathways Admission Officer. If you encounter difficulty getting through initially, you can choose to leave a message or remain on the line until assistance becomes available. Once you connect, there will be a brief 5-minute intake call during which you'll be asked to provide your email address. Trish will then send you some documents that need to be forwarded to them. It's important to note that the detox clinic expenses are covered by Medicare, and for rehabilitation, there is an 80-85% coverage through Centrelink deductions, depending on the individual's circumstances. The phone lines are open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
